Jacob R. Penn, Esq.

Jake is an Associate Attorney at Cozza Law Group and a member of the Estate Planning practice group. Prior to joining the firm he worked as an associate at another Pittsburgh area law firm in their Corporate and Estate Planning practice groups where he gained valuable experiences in both practice areas, including business succession planning, legacy planning for both simple and complex estates, and assisting business owners with transactional matters. 

Jake's Estate Planning practice focuses on providing peace of mind to his clients through a variety of legacy planning strategies. Jake is experienced in crafting all manner of estate planning instruments - from wills and powers of attorney to special needs trusts and Medicaid asset protection trusts. 

Jake is a 2014 graduate of Grove City College where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Psychology. In 2019, he graduated from the Duquesne University School where he served as a Senior Staff Editor on the Duquesne Law Review. 

Jake and his wife Erika live in Beaver County with their daughter. In his free time Jake enjoys fitness, golfing poorly, and reading horror novels.
