Mia Arlet

Director of Operations & Client Services

Mia graduated from Robert Morris University in 2004, where she obtained a Bachelor of Artis in Communications. Prior to joining the firm, Mia held various roles utilizing her strong sales and entrepreneurial background. At the Cozza Law Group, Mia is a true team player and is responsible for all operational and client services functions of the firm. Additionally, she plays a key role in managing  community relations. 

In her spare time, Mia enjoys spending time with her husband, Shawn, 3 daughters, Tommie, Marley and Finley, and her 2 Dogs Java and Cooper.
