Emma Howard, Esq.

Emma is an associate attorney in our Corporate and Entertainment law practice. Emma assists our clients in various corporate transactional matters, as well as provides advice and counsel to our clients in the entertainment industry. Emma also aids our clients with various intellectual property matters, including handling trademarks and copyrights. Beginning in 2024, Emma will assist clients with Corporate Transparency Act (“CTA”) compliance, mainly Beneficial Ownership Information (“BOI”) filings.

Originally from Atlanta, Emma travelled north to attend the University of Maryland and graduated with dual bachelor’s degrees in political science and art history. After undergrad, Emma continued north and attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While in Law School, Emma served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Law and Commerce and gained experience working in Environmental Law, Business Law, and Oil & Gas Law.

When not in the office, Emma enjoys exploring new parts of Pittsburgh, mainly restaurants and breweries, with friends. She also loves attending sporting events, baking, and spending time with her cat, Peach.
